We design, commission and look after UniFi for offices, hotels, restaurants, rental properties and homes. One platform for the network, cameras, doors, power and audio, managed locally, with no licences or subscriptions.

Local-first
It runs in your building.
A UniFi console in your rack is the controller for everything. Nothing depends on a cloud subscription to keep working.
Controller on site
Network, cameras and doors are managed from a console inside the building.
Recordings stay local
Camera footage and access logs are stored on your hardware, not in someone else’s cloud.
Remote access on request
We monitor and support remotely only when, and as far as, you allow it.

Not us: structured cabling
We advise on and coordinate cable installation and termination. A cabling contractor performs it.

UniFi + KNX
Better together. Fine apart.
UniFi runs the network, cameras and doors. KNX runs lights, blinds and climate. Connected, they react to each other: locally, with no cloud in between.

Arrive
A door opens with UniFi Access. KNX lights the entrance and sets the room to comfort mode. Protect keeps the clip locally.

Leave
Last person out: KNX drops to eco mode, blinds close, Protect switches to away recording.
- 03
Alarm
Smoke or intrusion: all lights on, blinds up, doors locked or released by policy, cameras record at full quality.
