For buildings, a survey on site or from drawings; for software, a scoping session. Either way, the scope is written down.

Proposal and agreement
Approach, timeline and price in writing, travel listed separately. Then an NDA and a B2B agreement.

Delivery
Remote wherever possible, on site where it matters. You see progress as it happens.

Software
We work in your environment, on your hardware. You keep full control of code and data.
Buildings
UniFi and KNX run on controllers inside the building. Recordings, access logs and automation stay there.
